Logic. (deepfreq's tutorials didn't work for me.)

Ok, I went frame by frame and stayed up for 2 hours with shabda tring to get logic to work, but with no success.. it all worked up untill I'm supposed to "draw" in the sound in the arrage window with the pencil, and i can do that only the score window doesn't open, this other window does (looks like a composer window)when i double click it. Am I just missing something like a button or a switch er something.. please help.

If you watched the first demo, on setting up Logic and your audio card, you would have seen the part where you:

go into the global preferences and change the 'double-click in arrange window' option to 'open matrix editor'

That changes it to open up the editor that you want to use, otherwise it opens the 'score' editor (musical notation) by default.

see I must if missed that when you showed me...:( but I figured it was obviously set to a defualt pop up. I just didn't know how to change this setting. I have pretty much been able to find out everthing I need to know from your tutorials. THANXS you are a big asset to our family. MAXIMUM RESPECT!!!

Thanks, I knew I was missing something.. it's like when you have a word on the tip of your tounge but you just can't say it. =). deepfreq and shabda thanks for all your help, much respect .. =P
