DJ A-Tak and MC Dino come with a blazing mix of fresh cuts, fresh mixing and some of the most rapid fire MCn’ you’ll hear coming out of the states. The UA on the DL crew gets up close and personal with your hear drums and this one I swear will have you bouncing off of the walls. A-Tak’s selection is concise and percise, but each tune he drops is heat. On the harder tech step edge the flow of his mix is one to be reckoned with. MC Dino drops in on this mix to wreck shop with his one of kind flow, timing and lyrics to boot (pay attention). Being able to mimic the melodies flawlessly and with breath control of a submariner, Dino comes with the fury from top to bottom on this mix. This one is HEAT!!!
Though the youngest member of the Junglist Platoon, Drone’s mix doesn’t show his youth as he shows the deck prowess of a seasoned vet. Simply put this mix is big! Starting off you think it is just going to be a hard/tech step smasher, but Drone quickly shifts into some bassline madness as bass comes blaring in. The mixing is on point and it is interesting to hear Drone work from tech business to some nu skool jump up to hard step sounds. His ability to pivot from each of these sub-genres and still make the mix fluid is golden. Drone delivers a scorcher!
