Sight...for sure!!! You can be left alone and leave your house if you are deaf, but being blind would mean you might need some assistance to do the day to day actvities in life. Not an easy question, but thats my choice. Makes you think about the less fortunate. Both would be very difficult to endure!

yeah that just reminded me of those ninja movies where the ninja master is blind but not deaf
and his special powers is that he can hear really good and stuff...like really good :o and stuff :o

humans tend to be very visual creatures (men especially). But I see how both senses can appeal equally to different ppl. Mozart is great... but so is a Picasso...

i would choose sight...deaf people still can hear music through vibration...i know a couple deaf junglists in n.c...they love the bass! i couldn't imagine not being able to see my loved ones, sunsets and everything eles...of course being a photographer, i am a very visual person:crazy

i'm an artist, so i'd definitly have to say sight....

however it would probably drive me nutty to be deaf, esp. after knowing how beautiful things can sound.

to lose either one would suck pretty bad.

That's a tough one, but if I had to choose it would be sight. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't see my loved ones either.

I'd stick with just hearing... the accomplishments of Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles being an example of why.

This is a hard one!!!!If i had to choose one or the other today i would keep my sight. I love hiking and seeing all the colors in the world! Knowing how beautiful it is i couldn't give it up. Plus i agree with Jadis...Deaf people can still hear music though vibration!

I think I'd pass on walking into walls, so I'd keep my sight. I think I'm going deaf anyway....

rid me of my sight. . . . . I would much rather hear the world than see it. . . for the world is already made

i'll stick with the hearing. . .

I'm with jason on this one!!! Although if I couldn't hear I would focus on feeling the vibrations to get my rocks off!:slayer
