Ide say im pretty much desperate since im posting on a message board. Ive tried all my paths through my "in real life" friends connection and come up dry. My friend and I desire to move into a 3 or 4 bedroom house, with one other person, in the south scottsdale area or in tempe no farther south then Southern, away from train tracks and the airplane landing path but no farther west then Fifth street.
We would prefer to live with someone 21+, no smoking (in house at least), mature, with a job, considerate, average cleanliness (no anals and no messies!), NOT FROM ALASKA (ive lived with too many other people from there and they are just plane weird), doesn't need pills to "make it through the day", good common sense, doesn't party every weekend, showers daily (alone) and well just compatible all round with us..
About us- both programmers (I: php/bash/sql, John: directX/opengl/C++), yeah we are nerds, somewhat on the conservative side (I am more liberal then John though, php parties more then C++!), both from Alaska. We hate dogs, cats are ok. I need to play loud music once in a while but at appropriate times. And yes, both enjoy the drums and bass also prefer company of women rather then men and long walks on the beach in traffic :p
We have scoped out whats out there and it looks like rent + bill split 3 ways would run inbetween $350-475 each for what we want. We would like to be into something within the next 2 months 3 at the most possibly sooner.
