adam, i didn't understand this quote:

EgoRock says, "That’s what it’s all about--putting the hard with the smooth. Watch, next week all these clowns will be buying the records we already have."

Honestly I didnt like this article 1 bit. Maybe I am being paranoid but I took it as her kind of clowning on the Lucky D.

Let me know your opinions!

i think that statement was taken out of context...which is somewhat upsetting as sarah and i were in a conversation and making jokes to entertian ourselves. i remember saying these things as two different statements ...about mixing "hard and smooth together" was an explaination as to something i liked about storm's track selection. the other part was me kidding around toward specific people who at that moment were getting down to tracks that they had previously clowned me for playing and had referred to as "commercial jungle".
it sounds bad when taken out of context, but believe me it was me being silly. sorry if any one was offended, that was not my intent. those who know me know i am down for the long haul.:cute

I didnt find the articel offensive at all. I do see she is a bit ignorant to the fact that a rewind is a show of respect to a great tune.

That chick doesn't know what she's talking about. If she knows anything about this music, she would've expected rewinds. Welcome to drum & bass music, lady!

plus, if she thinks 4 is a record for rewinds, she really needs to get out more...
