Being one of my favorite and most inspirational artists, I am wondering what your favorite album is? How about favorite song?
I would have to say Maxinquaye as far as albums go but Pre-Millennium Tension follows close behind.
As far as songs go some of my favorites are Aftermath, Feed Me , Overcome, Makes me wanna die, and my most favorite.....Christiansands. :slayer

"Nearly God" - ONLY for the hardcore TRICKY fanatics!!! it features several guest appearances, including his then girlfriend, Bjork... so if you like dark and demented stuff, but still manage to sleep well at night - pick up "Nearly God" - it may be the closest you may ever get to heaven!:wes

Tricky is a phenomenally talented dude, and I love Maxinquaye, I thought it was groundbreaking and refreshing. I still listen to it once in a while.

That said, Tricky has got to be one of the ugliest motherfuckers on the face of the planet. Did you see him in the Fifth Element?

He's somewhere between Bahamadia and Craig Mack on the "Ugly Motherfucker" Hall of Fame List.
