Tell me everything you know.
And no, I don't want to hear about how such and such program is soooooo much better because frankly, Scarlett, I don't give a damn. :moon

5.0.
I am sans manual and I'm obviously in over my head at the moment, but not for long--I learn at a ridiculously fast pace. All I need is someone to point me in the right direction.

if you got an older version of cubase go download the updates at the steinberg site cos the updates has a lot new improvements like plugins from FXexpansion that are really cool.... one is a ringmodulator/filter/delay/with some crazy x-y controls :D
and comes with a couple more virtual synths..which are alright..but logic's virtual synths are better :D~~~
well if the manual is over your head ..dont read the manual..just fuk with the program till you get something you want :D and remember to save or something ... :O
btw im now jealous you have the cubase vst/32 :O that thing is suppose to have some neato 32 bit tape thingy thing...thats really neato somehow i dont know i just know its neato :O
here's what I know. . .
Digital Audio Workstation for your personal computer. . .
Capable of mixing and mastering audio tracks.
Can use VST plugs and instruments.
Offers many of the same functions as it's competitors: Logic Audio and Digital Performer.
Comes in a box with manuals.
Please forgive my smartass response. .:cute
