Favorite Hip-Hop Album: Morse Code "TURNSTYLES", it won't be officialy released to the public until January but it is still my favorite of the year.
Be sure to come to the release party to get your copy of the album included with the price of admission. Show dates for Phoenix, Tucson, and Flag will be announced in december.
As far as other favorites.....there's just too much good music, and 2003 will be very promising.

Definitely, the show of the year was SHADOW...So much creativity, talent, vibe, energy, everything!!! I'll never forget that show.

Haul and Masons mix from the URB mixtape contest earlier this year. It's the bomb digity!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of my all time favorites now.
As for something live, Mark Grant at Batucada was pretty phat. Best house I have heard around here really---ever!!
and of course Andy C- that vibe was thicK!!!
