in the constitution it states that if the government in power is unjustly ruling the people that it is the responsibility of the people to change that government.....
now who can not say that this is a time when the government is being unjust to the majority of the people? think about it, they can make health decisions for you, they can decide if you are going to fight for their causes, they can even take away civil liberties to envoke what they claim to be security.....
so why should they have the right to say what poisons i can put into my body? because they disagree with it? i choose to smoke pot, do heroin, eat esctasy, snort k and coke, how does this affect the rest of the world who chooses not to? i still go to work every day and produce for the facists that run the economy.... also who the fuck can decide for me if i want to be immunized against a disease, mabey i dont want to. what i do to my body is waht i do, i chose to accept the consequences for my actions.
why should i fight for american intrests? what are american intrests? money, power; think about it the only time we really interviened in a conflict for purely humanitarian reasons was in the bosnia-hertzgovina war. in every other war we have fought it has been for money related reasons, so there fore if it is not my money why should i fight for some rich fuck with enough money to last several lifetimes? why should i give the most precious thing i posses to help that guy save a few bucks, and how the fuck does the government have the right to tell me to?
what if i take out a book on religous extreemists in the muslim society, a book on nuclear reactions, and a book on explosives design? probably i'd get watched for subversive activities by some government group, if not arrested, espically since i have a muslim backround. now is this just? why should any group be able to monitor what i read? why should it bring up red flags? also why should industry/utility workers have the power to claim they viewed suspicous activity to a government group? and if my name is given to that group how will this affect my future in this country? will i be labled as a terrorist? this all seems like the red scare to me, people being scared of their neighbors.
all in all since 09/11/01 this country has given up some of its freedom to feel more "secure" but what if you were the one whose door the fbi was knocking on because you are of muslim descent, what if you were the one being called to war for some fucking problem others caused, what if you were the one who cant do what makes you feel comfortable while some alcoholic can drink all day? doesn't make sence, eh?
