What's your favorite piece of bad art?
I know I've seen a lot of LiveJournals that qualify for Most Impressively Horrifying and Ever-Growing Piece of Bad Art (((yes I mean you)))...:crackhead
Any kind, though visual arts are what I'm after here.
Here's my current fave:

"Think Again"
( 377 x 450 x 256 )
Acrylic on Canvas by Unknown
Acquired By: Scott Wilson from trash
This disturbing work "makes an offer you can't refuse". The chilling, matter-of-fact manner in which the subject presents the severed head to us is a poignant reminder of just how numb we have become. The understated violence implicit in the scene speaks volumes on our own desensitization, our society's reflexive use of force, and the artists inability to deal with the hindquarters of the animal.
(taken from one of the best bad art sites around, MOBA. (http://www.glyphs.com/moba))
Also, the Bad Art Guild of Arizona and myself will pay top dollar for bad art. Pictures of bad art you don't want to part with work for our CD-ROM gallery, too. We're especially looking for sculpture and found art. Submissions or leads to dingy thrift stores with phat macrame owls, etc. are always appreciated. Work the PM.
Stay tuned for Phoenix's first Bad Art Exhibition, a bunch of bad art, good djs, martinis and lowbrow snobbery. Proceeds from all art sold will go to Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona (http://www.freeartsaz.org/)
