Ok here is my review for this madd house of a party...

First off I loved having it at Jacksons but we had alittle too much space then we needed. But the sound we had was bad ass! The toons were blazing in both rooms specially the main one. I personally hate playing on non pitched up tables cause its like playing on a different instrument then im used too. The sound in the small room was spot on but the booth was off for me while I was on. No biggey it was vibin! The DJs were good specially Nappe's set most ppl missed. The vibe was kickin on Dehgas end with Original Nutta VIP after I left the small room. Castor and Vector Burn were doing BC justice with the opening up for them. No joke! The surprise of teh night was the opener who even Dee thought was tight and he never likes any newer DJs haha.

BC was off the chain! I mean ive never heard them personally and didnt expect it to be that "live". The played a few classics and madd dubs! Can anyone say "Submarines" "Planet Dust rmx" or that "More Fire" rmx that was just soooooooooo tearin? Along with tons of others ive never heard even on the internet. Quite literally ive never had that much fun for one 2 hour set. Those guys blew it up. I looked around and saw ppl broking out. I know me Dehga and Gary were up in there deep along with tons of other folks. If "we" as a community can get more heads exposed to the music that place could have double the ppl there (and cheaper tickets hint hint). So get your friends hooked on the Jungle addiction. I would garner most everyone had a f00king blast.

So give us your opinions on what you thought and if possible how to make it better for all of us.

Blessings....

While im on it I would like to add some this. If you think you can help the AZ scene with what ever that would be helpful plz give Gary USCC/Deepfreq (Jason)/Egorock(Adam) or I a PM or just come talk to us. This is for everyone out there and we need ideas and support. The rave scene is about dead so weeklys and one off "events" are the future imho. So get your friends on tha riddim! :domokun

Stupidly Dope.

I've seen Bad Co quit a few times and this was by FAR the best I have ever seen them do.

Here are some plates I recognized...

What was the tune they opened with??Fresh dropped it,and he teased with Just Warmin Up *DOPE!!* and rewound it...Then started to tease Grimey into it...:eek

Absolutly on FIRE...:devil

Major Props to Gary for actually getting the heavy hitters and exposing this State to QUALITY TALENT...

Wes: That was "New Generation" by Sonic+J Majik.

I had a blast, too tired to go in to detail now, but the boys are really cool people in addition to all the comments made by Preecha Man, who summed it up pretty accurately.

Really though...where the FCUK was everyone? If people wont come out for BC, what is it going to take? Gary and USCC put a lot of hard work into this, and the venue and sound were totally proper, big ups. Where were the Tucson heads? (Penta, i see you, thanks for coming thru)...

nice job uscc. this was my first time to see BC. i must say i expected to see more people there, but the vibe was great. as far as BC's performance, i must say the mixing was sub-par. but the tunes they played most definately made up for that. there were a few tracks that were absolute killers, the second track fresh got into for example. Hornet and the track right before that. ska and wolf rmx, etc. etc. etc. all in all, great night. people dancing, and feeling some heavy ass tunes. :up

Off the hook... I haven't felt that kinda vibe at a dnb event for a while... Attendance could've been better, but that just goes to show, AZ has come a long way, but we still have a long way to go. Educate the masses, people! I managed to drag a couple of old friends along, and I'm confident they'll be looking out for phx dnb events in the future...

TUC was under-represented, only saw 8 or 9 people i could recognize... it was on a tuesday though. i'm so tired... i got back home @ 5:15, went to work at 6:30

boh.

wait, clay was there? was he hiding the whole time or something? stealth ninja dnb head? :ninja

Fresh n Vegas did play some lovely toons, but i have to say that as far as mixing skills are concerned, Castor and Vector Burn were somewhat MORE off the heezy fo' sheezy. Top stuff, guys.

easy,

I think the reason a lot of tucson heads didnt come down was because it was a week night and the local dnb night was happenin as well.

If this was on a Saturday,it would have been a lot more packed.

I told all my friends about it but most of them had stuff to do.:(

I have already bragged to them about how good it was and they said they would definatly go with next time.I have to go to LA tomorrow or I would come up for Sub Con,but I will definatly try and get down next thursday to meet up with you crcazy phoenix mofo's.

See ya next time :slayer :slayer :slayer

Yeah, Christina and a few other people stayed in Tucson because we had to have our night. If we didn't then we wouldn't be able to do it anymore. I guess we got like 200 heads in there last night!!!!!!!! There was a concert "The White Strpies" across the street tho so I am positive that had something to do with the amazing turn out. Maybe we exposed some new faces to dnb tho......:slayer
