Its a shame they had the sound down so low until Ray went on - PreechaMaan's sets need to be heard at full volume... its not like we're going to always be able to hear those records.

For the folks out there who don't like old school / ragga, you would still get a lot out of his set just by paying attention to the amount of enthusiasm he has for the music. Watching him 'conduct' all the intricate patterns out with his arms and hands; its obvious he knows those tracks inside and out.

Preecha is fuckin' dedicated... maybe addicted would be a better word.

it's a pity... i hate when promoter's turn up the sound specificly to make the headliner seem more hype. it's sort of like telling the openers that their not worthy of having the same respect just because they aren't well known. remember this though.... some people do make it, so if you treat everyone the way you like to be treated and when those who make it make it, you'll more than likely get they respect you gave when they weren't such a big deal!

on top of that preecha blew Ray Keith out of the water in terms of mixing. Ray had great tracks, but what good is that if they're mixed like shit?

I have to say I totally agree that Ray did not play as well as I have heard him play previously. Maybe his hearing wasnt top notch since we took him to the desert and shot off about 300 rounds of amunition before the show. Sorry :(:beer
