Graphics: Photos w/ rounded corners

I understand how to make a graphic w/
rounded corners (using the gaussian blur).
Unfortunately, I haven't found any tutorials
on how to do it to existing photos/images.

PSP or PS, it doesn't matter.
Any help is appreciated (link, etcetera).

yo... use image ready for rounding the sides of images etc..
its under the selection tool and you can set the rounded size as well..

if you want to cut out some of the image, you could always make a selection using the rounded rectangle tool, then mask (ctrl-g) the other layer you want to cut out. hope that helps
