3 bucks a month and fuggin worth it blocks 99% of my spam... and it updates whenever someone blocks spam on their system. Similar to peer to peer anti spam software.

No cause they check the integrity of the blocked messages. Your rating will get decreased to the point where you wont be able to block anything if you block genuine emails.
