My Harman Kardon audio receiver generates a lo buzz sound through the speakers, I 've disconnected all the sources (Pc, cd player, ect...) and still generates the so called buzzzzzz.

does any of you audio aficionados have clue as to why?

Sounds like a grounding problem. Try plugging the receiver into another outlet.

I have the same problem with my laptop when I play on cheap sound (ground loop).

If using another outlet doesn't work for you...

I've read on the Final Scratch message board that some people have had good luck with just a plug converter:
