1. Very, very clique-y. Not just the Scottsdale crowd b/c that is expected but a lot of the people here. (Not saying it's a bad thing but it's very hard for a shy girl to make friends here.)

2. No beer after 1:00- CRAZY!!

3. Parties end at 4:00, even earlier sometimes- CRAZY again!!!

4. Desert parties are pretty cool and cheap but it's mostly TRANCE. C'mon, let's throw a jungle party out in the desert!! That would be fun!!

5. Not enough girls wear sneakers. I feel so dressed down when I go out. How the hell do they dance in those high heels?!!

6. There are a lot of good dancers here but when it comes to be late in the night no one is on the dance floor (except for a few e-tards) C'mon kids- keep dancin'!!! Oh yeah- not enough chics dance, but there are some, thank you!!

7. The Drugs.

8. Over-priced Cover charges.

9. Not enough events at cheap, dive-type bars. Getting sick of the modern/lounge/club places.

10. Lack of good headliners in this city compared to other cities. (At parties, not necessarily club-type nights)

11. Hmmm, what else?... I could go on for a while.

There are some positive aspects of the scene just takes a while to realize what they are.

oh yeah- I love the LD bathroom. Reminds me of back home

I hear ya Katie!!! I agree with almost every point you made. There are some things that need to change and there are some people trying to do that. They know who they are. Give it time, this scene should be rocking very soon!!:slayer

Dont worry about wearing sneakers!! I wear flip flops most of the time and people dont dare give me shit for it. Maybe because they know I will take one off and slap them across the face with it. Sorry, was that negative? Have fun girls!!!:D

don't worry, i'm not pissed.:) it takes alot to piss me off. usually you have to be family to get under my skin. i knew it was you katie. i was just giving you my honest opinion as well. i wear sneakers all the time. i've got at least 10 pairs!! you only see me out at clubs and i love to dress up when i go out. you know i'm a makeup artist and dressing up is really an outlet for my creativity.

the things i like to do don't require money$$. i am very, very , poor. i'm sure we can find things to do if we decide to hang out sometime.:kitty

we are short on dnb and jungle but theres cheap parties to go to were people are less into looking good and more into having fun..
