Arrg Records!

I finally got my records after ordering online from compound in sf. I ordered a copy of the no soul remixes and a collection of old e-z rollers type stuff (drumfunk hooliganz vol2).. Instead what I got was a copy of dom & rolands (4xlp) "back for the future" and the no soul remixes LP but all warped to shit, overcharged for the rom&roland and pissed off. They where 3 days late shipping, I got the wrong order and the records are all fucked up. Anyone ever have a problem like this before (with any place or compoundrecords.com)? Is it typically a bad idea to order records during the summer here? Why don't they stamp "keep cool" on the packaging they are shipped in... Ive been looking for 2 months for this drumfunk hooligaz LP and im about to go apeshit if I can't find a copy somewhere.

when i order records in the summer i usually have them shipped to a PO Box. I haven't had any warped from doing it that way...but i have had records warp when delivered to my house...damn sun..
