Shoutcast Sunday!

If you haven't read in the forum's I will be running a shoutcast stream. I will be running them at 128k (roughly 18-20k stream, near cd quality) and 64k (56k modem users will be able to connect also!). If you don't know what the hell to do to listen in.. well i'll tell you! Download winamp:

If you are intrested in spinning, contact me and get a slot! You will also need the DSP/Shoutcast plugin in order to connect to the server:

If you hunt around on their page you should find it easy if you are familliar with the internet and also have a computer.

The fun goes down *AGAIN* *NEXT SUNDAY* night 8pm MST (same as west coast) 7pm Eskimo time.

It was found that you had a ShoutCast server found running from your account which is a background process.

For one it being a background process and to it using up bandwidth that is not recorded for you using up.

Th Terms of Service is prompted when you sign up for service. It is prompted there for you to read on your own. It does not force you to read the Terms of Service but lets you know that you should read the Terms of Service before you agree to signing up with Liquid Web.

Hello All! This week's Sunday Shoutcast Broadcast will not be available, simply because our new website, shell and bandwidth won't be available until monday or tuesday! So, we'll be silent this weekend... Bummer too, we've been looking forward to broadcasting again... :)

But, because we will finally own our own bandwidth and site, we will be able to broadcast more than simply on sunday evenings! We'll be up 24/7 for everybody to enjoy, and if you're interested in putting on your own show in a timeslot, either contact Dave (X-Gote) or myself (Kory - H-geek) about how you can become part of this! Also, because we're actually going to have to PAY for this service (yup, no more bandwidth 'borrowing'), any donation of any size is greatly appreciated to help us bring you and continue this shoutcast service. We'll have a Paypal link set up on the site when it becomes active if you feel generous... :)
