I'm not moving to Atlanta as previously planned.

I want to go.

Badly.

Reality has bitten me in the ass however and I realize that I have too much to worry about here. SO.

I need help looking for a place.

No room mates - I want to be completely alone.

May 1st.

In usual drum-core fashion, the assholes come out to feast. The point, GERG, was to see if anyone could recommend places they thought were decent or 'off the beaten path' and with rental properties whom they had good experiences.

It's the best place to find places to rent from private owners. They are usually easier to deal with and more flexible then the corporate fist that rules most of the area there. Also, check out the vacation rentals, most of those people would be willing to rent on variable terms (if your willing to spend time).

Nothing is worse than roommates! There's an apartment complex called The Lyons Tamaron Apartments right off of Broadway and Rural! They are really nice on the inside have huge patios and pretty reasonable rent. "At least when I lived there a year ago". I payed Roughly $450 for a one bedroom plus utilitys. The Landlord is an old drunk named Bob who is kinda noisy and nosey, but not too bad though. If your looking for something cheaper than that I dont know, I never found anythign decent in Tempe for less than $450

jen, I just moved to tempe /s phx off baseline right by south mountain. I'm paying 600/month , 12t month was free, cheap pet deposits, 750 sq ft. nice balcony, vaulted ceilings, HUGe closets, ceiling fans, washer/dryer,etc......hit me up if you want to know more, good luck:spliff

I had to take a look at the Atlanta listings. They have an entire house for rent under $600 in Grant Park--even tho it's as small as a 1br apartment, a whole house to myself would be awesome.
